Public Service Commission (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam, SPA) is a constitutional body established to appoint, confirm in service, and exercise disciplinary control over members of the Federal Public Service.
Apart from appointments at the Federal level, SPA also has the authority to appoint for the State Public Services of Melaka, Pulau Pinang, Perlis, and Negeri Sembilan.
