Armed Force veterans and their dependents are entitled to the following medical benefits according to eligibility:
- Free treatment at government/armed forces hospitals
- Cardiac treatment at the National Heart Institute (IJN)
- Dialysis treatment at dialysis panels registered with JHEV
- Specialist treatment at private hospitals within the country based on referrals and emergency cases
- Supply of medicines, equipment, and services
- Reimbursement of medicine, equipment, and service costs
- Reimbursement of travel expenses for medical purposes
